Park closures and high water levels didn’t stop the OE fishermen from having a day of fun on March 2, 2019 at our second annual fishing tournament, held on Lake Sam Rayburn. Weighing in at first place with two fish for a total of 13.81lbs was the team of Todd Palmer and Bryan Gunter. Josh Smith and partner Ricky Collins placed second with a weight of 11.11lbs. Trice Luker and partner Cade Griffin followed closely behind Smith and Collins with their third place weight of 10.5lbs. Congratulations to Todd Palmer and Eugene Crocker with their weigh-ins of the biggest bass (7.95lbs) and smallest bass (1.18lbs) respectively, and a special thanks to brothers Dennis and Rodney Millican for preparing the refreshments at the weigh-in.
